HOW TO ORDER

You can order online and pay via credit or debit card by using the ORDER buttons on the shopping pages. The following cards are accepted: American Express, Visa Credit, Mastercard, Maestro, Solo and Visa Delta. We will not normally process payment for goods until they are ready for dispatch. The prices shown are in pounds sterling and exclude VAT and handling/delivery charges (for horn sales the price shown includes VAT). For orders totalling over £27.00 a charge is added (£1.00 UK, £3.00 non UK) to cover registering the delivery of the package. VAT @ 17.5% is shown in the review section but removed from the final total for sales outside the EC. Please ensure that you select the correct country from the scroll down list on the customer details page so this calculation can take place. VAT is not charged on some items, e.g. books and sheet music.

If you experience difficulties with the shopping system, do not wish to pay online, or if there are no ORDER buttons for the item(s) you require, type the product code or description and how many you want (i.e. x2) into the INFORMATION REQUEST FORM We will work out the handling, delivery and VAT charges and contact you with the total cost of the order and suggest methods of payment.

With the best will in the world, some goods may not be in stock at the time you place your order. In the event that we cannot ship your goods within five working days of receipt of your order, we will contact you to discuss the situation (provided that contact information has been provided) and take instructions from you on how you would prefer us to proceed.

PRIVACY POLICY: We undertake to exercise all reasonable precautions to keep information supplied to us by customers strictly confidential. We do not supply our mailing information to third parties but do use our mailing list to advise our clients of goods and services we feel may be of interest to them if they have expressed a wish to be on that list. Information supplied to us may be stored on a computer system for our convenience, but will not be supplied to any outside agency.
